    They listed a house for which I wanted to submit an offer for my client and was told by Jim that the seller will NOT consider any offer until the house has been on the market for at least 5 days. So I go online on day 4 to prepare my offer and guess what the house is under contract by none other than his wife. So he lied to prevent me from submitting so that his wife can sell with no competition. Not acting in the best interest of his client the seller, highly unethical and against real estate standard of conduit, at best. Just plain sleazy way of doing business

    After unsuccessfully searching for an insurance company to post a bond for the grading permit of my new home, someone told me Huff Insirance would assist. The individual also indicated it was a transaction in which they were very familiar, this person having previously worked with them. I contacted them, explained my home building efforts and Huff Insurance immediately, professionally, and expeditiously posted the needed bond to grade the property location. The cost was reasonable and within a few dollars of competitors rates. I strongly recommend them for home building assistance and considering them for other insurance needs.
